Do I need to enter a card to start?
No. Sign up, verify your email, and your 30-day trial begins. We'll ask for billing only when you upgrade.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your portal stays available in read-only mode for 30 days. Pick a plan to keep going; your data is preserved.
Can parents pay in KYD and USD?
Yes. Each vendor can accept KYD, USD, or both, routed to separate merchant accounts to avoid conversion fees.
Where is data hosted?
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, EU region. GDPR-compliant by default. We'll add Caribbean region in 2026.
Do you take a cut of parent transactions?
No. Payments flow directly between parents and the vendor's own merchant account. We charge a flat platform fee, not a percentage.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current month. Annual plans are pro-rated.
