Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of school365.ky, operated by Sanmol Software. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. They're written to be plain and fair — if anything's unclear, email legal@school365.ky.
1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 to create an account, or have permission from your school/employer. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
2. Free trial
Each new school, vendor or ministry tenant gets a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start. At the end of the trial, choose a plan to keep going or your portal becomes read-only for 30 days before further restriction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, abuse the API beyond posted limits, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds for monthly plans. Annual plans are pro-rated. Parent transactions on the platform are handled by each tenant's own payment gateway; Sanmol Software is not a party to those transactions.
5. Data ownership
You own your data. We process it on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time.
6. SLA & uptime
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the platform. Enterprise customers can negotiate higher SLAs in writing. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sanmol Software's total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On termination we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Disputes are settled in the Cayman Islands courts unless your local law provides otherwise.
